CICEL CCZK-UVA series UV spraying and curing production line is suitable for products made of plastics, metals, glass, etc. It realizes large-scale and efficient spraying in a continuous line mode and is equipped with a dual spraying and dual baking system (supporting UV and ordinary thermal curing spraying). It is compatible with various products such as car lamps and cosmetic bottle caps. When combined with the CCZK-EL series evaporation coating equipment, it can enhance the surface brightness and adhesion.

3. Is the equipment difficult to operate? Do you provide operation training services?
A: CICEL's latest generation of PVD coating equipment features a fully automated coating system, allowing you to select different processes based on your color or coating requirements.
CICEL's equipment also comes with a remote control system, allowing you to conveniently control and operate the equipment via your phone or computer. CICEL's engineering staff can also remotely log in to your equipment with your authorization to assist with new process development and troubleshooting.
About Training:After ordering the equipment, customers can receive technical operation training at CICEL.
In addition, during installation and commissioning of the equipment at the customer's facility, we will provide further technical training, covering equipment operation, maintenance, and simple troubleshooting, to ensure customers master the relevant knowledge and skills.
4. What is the equipment warranty period? What is the manufacturer's response time in the event of a malfunction? Is there future upgrade support?
A: The standard equipment warranty is one year, with lifetime maintenance coverage. Customers can also purchase CICEL's extended warranty service package. After-sales service response time is ≤ 2 hours (by phone, instant messaging, or remote). For domestic customers, service is available within 24 hours, while for international customers, service is typically within 1 week, depending on visa processing times.
Most CICEL devices feature a built-in upgrade interface to facilitate future control system and hardware upgrades.
